Carroll has 15 + years of experience recruiting financial officers. She spent her first twelve years at Korn Ferry and was promoted to Client Partner in 2010, the youngest partner promoted at the firm. Most recently, she was a Partner at a boutique executive search firm where she specialized in Alternatives, Private Equity and Family Office financial officer work. Carroll brings a balanced approach to portfolio company recruiting, integrating her insights into the way investors assess their management teams and investments.

Carroll has a strong track record of recruiting CFO’s, divisional finance leaders, Heads of FP&A, and Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations executives for both public and private companies. Additionally, she has advised multiple family offices and funds in building leadership teams. Carroll is passionate about serving as an advisor to her clients and sharing her expertise on solving human capital management challenges. She enjoys incorporating assessment into the executive search process, and on-boarding senior leadership placements.

Carroll has served on the American board of the Animal Health Trust. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with highest honors and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she double majored in History and African American Studies. Carroll resides with her family on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
