Cindy has more than 25 years of experience in executive search. She specializes in recruiting top financial leadership for Fortune 1000, and private equity backed companies. Cindy is skilled in candidate development and client management, and has impressive, diverse industry knowledge. Her candidate reach and client focus have contributed to a consistent track record of closing searches quickly and successfully.

Prior to joining Ormsby Park, Cindy ran her own research and recruiting business for more than 10 years.  Her earlier career blends experience from both boutique firms and global executive search firms. Cindy began her career in retail with Caldor Corporation as a Merchant.

Cindy graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Business Administration and currently lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
