Regional Managing Partner, Head of Financial Services

Graham, a seasoned search professional with two decades of experience, excels in addressing complex human capital needs for leading financial services and private equity firms worldwide. His expertise spans Fortune-500 institutions, middle market entities, and private equity-backed companies. Graham has seamlessly navigated the financial services landscape, specializing in investment banking across various sectors and products.

Beginning his executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates, Graham spent nearly five years as an Executive Director in Global Banking and Financial Officers Practices, contributing to senior-level searches in investment banking, asset management, and CFOs. Most recently, Graham was with Ridgeway Partners where he focused on Financial Services, Board, Private Equity, and CFO roles. Prior to that, Michener led the Global Banking and CFO Practices for North America for Dore Partnership. He also worked at RSR Partners as a Managing Director, Head of Financial Services Practice, and Co-Head of the CFO Practice.

Before entering executive search, he gained experience in Institutional Equity Sales at Lehman Brothers and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at JP Morgan Chase's Global Investment Banking Industrials Group and Global Private Bank. Graham began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Currently based in New York, Graham serves as Ormsby Park's Regional Managing Partner for the East Coast. He holds an A.B. in English and Anthropology from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business. Graham is an Advisory Board member of LogicSource, a Bain Capital portfolio company, and previously served as Chairman of the Southport Conservancy.

Residing in Fairfield, CT, with his wife, three children, and two dogs, Graham is an avid supporter of his kids' high school and college sports teams, as well as a devoted Philadelphia sports fan.
