Mike boasts a successful track record in executing over 300 executive searches across prominent sectors such as SaaS, Cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI, catering to a diverse clientele ranging from Fortune 1000 corporations to early-stage venture-backed firms.

Prior to joining Ormsby Park, Mike was an Area Managing Director for Parker + Lynch, a distinguished financial officer search firm acquired by Adecco. Throughout his tenure, he assumed various roles in the executive search division, overseeing the expansion of Parker + Lynch in the San Francisco Bay Area.

He has collaborated with renowned CEOs and CFOs in the Bay Area to address complex business challenges and build formidable teams. Mike is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a passionate Tar Heel basketball enthusiast. He resides in San Francisco with his wife.
